Science, education, and nutrition care that fits real life.
I believe people make better health decisions when they understand the why behind their nutrition—not when they're handed another list of rules.
More than a meal plan.
My work brings together nutrition science, education, clinical experience, leadership, research, and practical strategy.
My career has included clinical nutrition, long-term care, nutrition leadership, foodservice systems, education, and private practice. That range of experience shapes how I work with clients: the science matters, but so does whether a recommendation can realistically work in everyday life.
A foundation in nutrition, research, and education.

Nutrition is both my profession and part of how I live.
As an NPC Bikini competitor, I bring firsthand experience with training, performance nutrition, body composition, structured nutrition, and the discipline required to pursue a physique goal.
That experience adds another perspective to my academic and clinical background—and reinforces something I believe deeply: nutrition should be individualized to the person.
Nutrition is an important part of a full life, but the best approach is one that allows you to nourish your health while still enjoying the experiences, people, and moments that matter most.
